How to return an item(s):
All returns must be approved in writing from our customer service team. Please contact customer service for the RMA number and return eligibility (see below). We will send all necessary information to process your return. All returns must be picked up within 14 days of BTOD providing a shipping return label.
Standard Return Policy:
All in-stock items (not custom) can be returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in like new condition. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping of the item back to the factory. The restocking fee will also be 25%. All exceptions please see below.
NewHeight S Series Return Policy:
All S Series products include free returns within 365 days. BTOD will waive any fees and pick up the S Series desk at no cost to you. Returns of two or more will fall under our normal return policy. (See S Series)
No Restocking Fees + Free Return Shipping:
Free Returns within 30 days. BTOD will waive restocking fees and pick up the following items for a full refund at no cost to you. Returns of two or more will fall under our standard return policy above. Outlet items cannot be returned. Product exchanges require customer to pay outbound shipping on replacement product.
Not Returnable:
Items that are custom upholstered per order therefore cannot be returned. Assembled Casegoods (standard desks, bookshelves, credenzas etc.) Customized orders (items not available on the website).
